Almost six years ago I happened to see one of InSwift’s trucks parked where I was picking up dinner. I was having a minor IT issue at the time and the company I was using had not been able to solve my problem for the better part of a month.
When I saw a man approach the InSwift truck, I approached him and asked if I could ask him a quick IT question. I presented my issue and the gentleman gave me three suggestions to try. I thanked him, took his business card and went back to my office.
I tried what he had suggested and in a matter of minutes, my irritating IT issue was solved. I immediately called to thank him and asked him to take over my company’s IT services.
That gentleman ended up being Ryan Foster. He and his “gurus” have been an important part of my company’s data integrity and security for the last six years and it all started because of Ryan’s bottomless knowledge.
A friend of a friend of a friend recommended Southwest Mobility to InSwift when we were struggling with the IT company we were using. We were experiencing a lot of down time while the previous IT company was looking for problems. They had alienated our software vendor so we were stuck in the middle with no solutions. InSwift came in with solutions! At the beginning there were a lot of situations that had to be worked through to get everything in place. Just recently, InSwift called to see if there was anything they could do for us because they had not heard from us in a while. That is what happens when you get the solutions in place!
InSwift has improved communications with my software vendor and our employees who do not know the technical terminology. They have never made me feel like any question was “dumb” and they stayed with the problem until it was solved. With the support InSwift gives, I never have to worry about a storm knocking out the server or a virus message popping up on my screen.
They have been extremely dependable for us. Far and away above the previous IT.
