Organizational Overview: The North Phoenix Heart Center team is made of nine highly qualified, boardcertified cardiologists, with a team of mid level practitioners and a large support staff with five office locations around the valley.
The cardiologists work closely with primary care physicians to assist them in caring for their own patients, but when conditions warrant more extensive care, the team is called in to treat patients directly . North Phoenix Heart Center has been helping the residents of Phoenix back to health for over twenty years.
Organization Need: North Phoenix Heart Center wanted to consolidate and lower their voice and data costs across their five office network. Redundant connections to the main office was also a major consideration due to the essential connectivity needed between the remote locations and the main office for transfer of sensitive medical data.
Solution: Successful consolidation of the voice and data services by InSwift allowed all voice, data connections, and costs to be merged into one easy to manage bundle. The combination of the new services also presented savings of approximately $31,000 per year to North Phoenix Heart Center. These savings were realized even with the addition of integrated T1 lines at each location that enabled the redundant VPN connections for failover purposes.
