Organizational Overview: Arizona Home Care is one of the fastest growing home healthcare providers in Phoenix. Independently owned and operated since 1996, they are guided by their mission ‘to make a vital difference in the community by improving the quality of people’s lives.’ Arizona Home Care’s services include Medicare-Certified Home Health Care, Home Infusion Services, Specialty Pharmacy Services, Home Medical Equipment and Respiratory Services and Private Nursing Services, all concentrated in Maricopa County, AZ

Business Need: Arizona Home Care was looking to engage a partner to assist in setting up an Intranet website to increase employee communication and reduce business process redundancy.

Solution: Upon the engagement InSwift recommended installation of a Microsoft SQL Server into the existing network and the use of Sharepoint Services installed on IIS to provide the Intranet access to all Active Directory users. InSwift procured and installed the Microsoft SQL server and setup the Sharepoint Intranet. The Intranet was then customized to fit the client’s needs using document folders, email access, discussion groups, images, etc.

Benefits: The result of the SharePoint installation was a single point of communication for all Arizona Home Care employees increasing efficiency and reducing redundancy.
