INSWIFT LAUNCHES REMOTE SUPPORT

PHOENIX, ARIZONA, 16 February 2004—Today InSwift announced Remote Support, a pioneering service for businesses and individuals that need immediate technical help with computers and networks. With Remote Support, InSwift can diagnose problems and re‐configure computers and networks over a secure Internet connection, with no need to schedule an on‐site visit.
Using Inswift Remote Support is as easy as connecting to InSwift’s web site (http://www.inswift.com). The technology behind Remote Support combines 128‐bit end‐to‐end Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption to ensure that the data exchanged in all Remote Support sessions is completely secure and uses HTTP outbound connections to transparently enable screen‐sharing sessions even with corporate firewalls in place.

Customers can immediately access Remote Support on any weekday between 3:00 and 5:00 PM MST, or they can email InSwift to schedule an alternative time slot. InSwift offers Remote Support for $79 for the first hour/incident and $49 each additional hour. All major credit cards are accepted.
