Ryan Foster
President
Ryan brings over 15 years of IT experience to InSwift. As President, he is responsible for business development, sales, marketing and operations. Ryan holds a Bachelors of Science from Northern Arizona University and is also a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer. When he is not providing high quality information technology service to his clients at InSwift, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, bike riding and camping.

Ben Hamel
Web Developer
As Web Developer at InSwift, Ben is in charge of software development management, web/e-mail hosting, application hosting, application troubleshooting and help desk support. He brings over seven years of experience to the team as well as an education in computer science from Arizona State University. When Ben is not providing web development to InSwift’s clients, he enjoys composing music and playing video games.
Justin Brazil
Service Technician
Justin brings over seven years of IT industry experience to the InSwift team. As Service Technician, Justin is responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, PC maintenance and sales. In addition to CompTIA A+ certification, he is a Dell Certified Systems Expert with Desktops. He is also currently working toward his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. When Justin is not contributing his skills to support InSwift clients, he spends time with his family and enjoys fractal artwork.

Lindsay Pershing
Office Manager
In her current role as Office Manager, Lindsay is in charge of accounts payable and receiviable, billing and general accounting. She also handles human resources and office management responsibilities. Lindsay holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics. She enjoys playing volleyball, scrapbooking and baking in her free time.

Michael Weatherbee
Service Manager
Michael brings over a decade of IT industry experience to InSwift as the company's Service Manager. In addition to handling scheduling and help desk responsibilities, he manages the service department. Michael holds A+, MCP and MCSA technical certifications and has taken PCC and Web Development classes. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, taking road trips and camping.

Mike Olmeda
Service Technician
Mike provides front line support and desktop support to a variety of InSwift clients as Service Technician. In addition to A+ technical certification, he holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and brings over four years of IT industry experience to the team. When he is not working with the service department of InSwift, he enjoys gaming, motorcycles and music.

Mark Norton
Network Cabler
Mark Norton brings 16 years of IT industry experience to InSwift and holds an Associate’s degree from Southern Maine Technical College. Mark specializes in voice & data cabling and digital phone systems for the company, making him the expert our clients count on for cost-effective and reliable communications solutions. When Mark is not contributing his communications expertise to our clients, he enjoys the Boston Red Sox, rodeos and NASCAR.
