InSwift Incorporated, an IT Consulting Company providing Managed Services in the Phoenix-Metro area, is currently looking to hire a well-rounded Web Developer.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years Web Development experience
- Sample Websites
- Eligible to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Report to: Program Manager
Department: Programming Department
Responsibilities:
Primary
- Design and layout websites for InSwift customers.
- Diligently track and document all time and materials used for web design.
- Perform regular web maintenance for InSwift customers.
- Manage all hosted websites for InSwift customers.
- Make all add/change user account requests as needed for InSwift customers.
- Attend sales calls and meetings for potential web site clients.
- Create and automate processes and templates to expedite simple website creation.
Secondary
- Market InSwift as an IT Managed Services company for organizations in SMB market.
- (Examples: wear polo shirts; pass out business cards, word-of-mouth, etc.)
- Attend training sessions to further understand the market and technology trends.
- Attend weekly company meetings.
- Provide clients with recommendations on upgrades to improve business processes.
