Office Manager
InSwift Incorporated, an IT Consulting Company providing Managed Services in the Phoenix-Metro area, is currently looking to hire a well-rounded Office Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years Office Management Experience
- Valid Arizona Drivers License and clean driving record
- Eligible to work in the US
Report to: Company President
Department: Management
Responsibilities:
Primary
- Answer incoming phone calls and route to Sales, Support or Billing departments.
- Enter initial Company contact information into CRM Software.
- Speak with new prospects and clients about InSwift services.
- Manage all internal office needs (paper, supplies, mail, etc.)
- Provide general administrative duties. (Scheduling, copies, faxing, printing, etc.)
- Manage Marketing Campaigns directed at InSwift clients and prospects.
- Perform graphic layout and design of company documents and brochures.
Secondary
- Market InSwift as an IT Managed Services company for organizations in SMB market.
- (Examples: wear polo shirts; pass out business cards, word-of-mouth, etc.)
- Attend training sessions to further understand the market and technology trends.
- Attend weekly company meetings.
- Provide clients with recommendations on upgrades to improve business processes.
