Office Manager

InSwift Incorporated, an IT Consulting Company providing Managed Services in the Phoenix-Metro area, is currently looking to hire a well-rounded Office Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years Office Management Experience
  • Valid Arizona Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Eligible to work in the US

Report to: Company President

Department: Management

Responsibilities:

Primary

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route to Sales, Support or Billing departments.
  • Enter initial Company contact information into CRM Software.
  • Speak with new prospects and clients about InSwift services.
  • Manage all internal office needs (paper, supplies, mail, etc.)
  • Provide general administrative duties. (Scheduling, copies, faxing, printing, etc.)
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns directed at InSwift clients and prospects.
  • Perform graphic layout and design of company documents and brochures.

Secondary

  • Market InSwift as an IT Managed Services company for organizations in SMB market.
  • (Examples: wear polo shirts; pass out business cards, word-of-mouth, etc.)
  • Attend training sessions to further understand the market and technology trends.
  • Attend weekly company meetings.
  • Provide clients with recommendations on upgrades to improve business processes.
