Account Manager

InSwift Incorporated, an IT Consulting Company providing Managed Services in the Phoenix-Metro area, is currently looking to hire a well-rounded Account Manager.

Title: Account Manager
Level: Full-Time
Type: Base Salary + Commission

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years Sales experience
  • Valid Arizona Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Well-maintained vehicle
  • Eligible to work in the US

Report to: Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Responsibilities:

Primary

  • Manage leads and prospects in CRM software.
  • Schedule and attend onsite sales calls to present InSwift products and services.
  • Work and own incoming customer opportunities to close.
  • Learn and understand how to sell service agreements to customers.
  • Generate and provide solution quotes to customers.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to review sales quotas and opportunity status.
  • Attend organizational and networking meetings to generate service leads.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for InSwift products and services.

Secondary

  • Market InSwift as an IT Managed Services company for organizations in SMB market.
  • (Examples: wear polo shirts; pass out business cards, word-of-mouth, etc.)
  • Attend training sessions to further understand the market and technology trends.
  • Answer incoming sales calls and emails to InSwift Inc.
  • Provide some general administrative duties. (Scheduling, copies, faxing, printing, etc.)
